3 Things to Avoid While Writing a resume

Resume of a individual should reflect the individual itself , it should speak of you but sadly i have came across lot of resumes which are poorly formatted ,ill informed and totally misleading when interviewed.so i deceided to write up a article targetting that
so here are my three points on which you should never fake -
- Dont Fake-Job Profile,Job Responsibilities, Internship ,Skills, Dont fake anything [Story here]
- Gramatically Errors- Avoid these at all cost, read your resume Loud after Compiling also Use Spell check in your editing software
- Outdated info- Update your Mobile no ,email as you change them

Re-writing of a resume involves
Paraphrasing the content without distorting the substance
Re-arranging of the presentation for great visual appeal
This makes resume re-writing a highly-skilled job , best left to expert / professional resume-writers.
But converting one’s plain text resume into
8 visual / analytical graphs
Re-arranging these graphs into thousands of unique combinations
- and doing this Online / Automatically / Instantly , is something impossible without the help of an intelligent software – a software which also highlights the keywords !
-
It took me quite some time to develop precisely such a software – then make it freely available to all at

As compared to a jobseeker writing her own resume, a resume written by a professional expert resume-writer would any day prove better.
But
Before sending that well-written resume to a recruiter, can a jobseeker figure-out in advance what would happen if that resume
gets ” rated / ranked / scored ” by recruiter ?
gets compared automatically with resumes of other applicants ?
Will she get an interview-call ?
To know what is likely to happen , she has to just type “Resume Rater” in Google / Yahoo / Bing , and download this software tool ( free and without even login ) from any of the 35+ websites. Then rate her resume.
Resume Rater mimics the ” resume-evaluation ” process of recruiters’ minds but does it in an unbiased / objective way.
Resume Rater is absolutely non – discriminatory.
